The problem
Monday morning. You open the brand dashboard, the spy tool, the group chat, the Leak Finder, the brief doc. An hour later you have a plan. Most of the hour was finding out what changed.
If a video crossed the view floor overnight, it needs a verdict. If a product’s commission jumped, it needs a slot. If a new version shipped, it needs checking. Those are actions. They should show up as a list, in order, when you sit down.

The example
Tuesday, 9am.
- @jenna’s gummy video crossed the floor. Verdict: SCALE. Ask her for two more.
- Sleep gummy: commission up, 8 winners in 14 days. Window open. Move a slot.
- @marcus’s probiotic version two shipped. Original was 0.4 per 1K. The new one is at 1.1 after 3 days. Holding.
- @lena has 3 REWORK videos, all leaking at Click. Same fix on all three. One message.
- Powder: 2 retainer videos owed by Friday. No slot assigned.
Five items. Twenty minutes. The plan is done and it is based on what changed, not what you remembered to check.
Item 2 wants a slot. Item 5 is owed. Same creator. The list does not decide that for you. It flags it. You pick. Then it moves on. The list is not a boss: skip items, do them out of order, or accept them all. It never locks you out of the rest of the app.
Do this in Verdict
- 1Tomorrow's list, on Plan (a tab of This week), is where the day starts. Items appear when the data is ready, not on a schedule.
- 2Each one carries the next action and a link to the screen it came from. Clear it and you are done for the morning.
