The problem
End of month. Sixty videos on one product. One has the most views, one has the most orders, one has the highest CTR. The brand wants to know which one is the winner: the one to make more of, and the script to hand to the rest of the roster.
Three people in the thread each pick a different one, and each has a number to back it up.
Not the most views. Not the most orders. Sales per 10K views. Most views can come from GMV Max pushing a video hard for a week. Most orders can be a big video that barely converts. Sales per 10K stays fair when the videos are different sizes.
Verdict grades that number against the rest of your videos on the product and turns it into one word on the row. You do not need to memorise a threshold. You need to sort by the right column.
Picking which video gets ad money. Under GMV Max, TikTok decides that on its own across every video on the product. You decide which video is worth copying, which script goes to the next creator, and which videos are pulling the pool down and should come out.
The example
The five everyone argued about, out of sixty, ranked the right way.
The one with the most views reaches people and does not sell to them. The one with the most orders is a big video doing an average job. The one with the best CTR gets taps that do not turn into orders.
There was a seventh video, from a new creator: 700 views and two orders, which looks like it beats everything. It does not count yet. Two orders on a tiny video is a coin flip. Read it again next week.
So the answer to the brand is one sentence: the quiet one is the winner, its script goes to the other creators this week, and we re-check the new creator once her video has real numbers.
Do this in Verdict
- 1Open the Leak Finder and click the Sales per 10K views header to sort by it.
- 2The winners rise to the top whatever their view count. The verdict badge is the ranking turned into a word: SCALE for a winner, HOLD for a video too new to grade.
- 3If the sales column is blank on a row, the export did not carry orders for it. Re-export with orders before grading that video. The app will not guess.
